Donald Trump confirmed that Ukraine has requested another Patriot air defense system. He added that the White House is looking into the matter.

“Ukraine asked for Patriot. I’ll look into it, but it’s very expensive,” Trump said.
He once again emphasized that he is “not satisfied with what is happening in Ukraine.”
“Last night, Russia launched over 700 drones. This must be stopped. Up to 7,000 people are dying,” he added.
Donald Trump also said he did not know who made the decision to pause military aid to Ukraine, as only he could have made it. However, he denied giving such an order.
“I would know. If the decision had been made, I would know. Most likely, I would have given the order, but I haven’t done so yet,” the US president said.
Recall that US President Donald Trump probably promised Volodymyr Zelensky to provide Patriot missiles to strengthen Ukrainian air defense.
As reported, the US has decided to resume military assistance to Ukraine , in particular, to provide a new batch of defensive weapons.
