It will be easier to get to the Carpathians: Ukrzaliznytsia adds two trains

Due to increased demand for trips to the Carpathians, Ukrzaliznytsia has scheduled two additional trains from the capital for the upcoming weekend. They will run in the directions of Rakhiv and Mukachevo.

This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia.

Additional flights will be launched for passengers on the routes Kyiv – Rakhiv – Kyiv and Kyiv – Mukachevo – Kyiv.

In particular, additional train No. 251/252 will run between Kyiv and Rakhiv, and train No. 277/278 will run between Kyiv and Mukachevo.

Departures from Kyiv are scheduled for June 12 and 14, and in the return direction – on June 13 and 15.

Ukrzaliznytsia noted that it was possible to schedule additional flights thanks to the prompt redistribution of rolling stock and the use of wagons that had recently undergone repairs.

Tickets for additional trains are already available for purchase through the app and on the carrier’s official website.

As a reminder, from June 9, Ukrzaliznytsia temporarily changed the schedule of a number of suburban trains in several directions . The adjustments concern routes on the Teterivska section, in the direction of Hrebinky and Yagotyn, as well as the Lviv – Rava-Ruska connection.
