Ukrzaliznytsia has assigned additional trains to popular tourist destinations in the Carpathians and Transcarpathian region. The new flights were added due to increased demand among passengers.
This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia.
The company noted that the additional cars and routes were assigned based on an analysis of passenger traffic.
“We are once again guided by demand analytics and redistributing wagons in favor of the most popular destinations,” Ukrzaliznytsia reported.
Additional trains will run to Rakhiv and Solotvyno.
Trains No. 213/214 and No. 251/252 have been scheduled to Rakhiv on the Kyiv-Rakhiv route. The trains will depart from Kyiv on June 17, 19, and 21, and in the opposite direction on June 18, 20, and 22.
Another additional route will be launched to Solotvyn. Train No. 203/204 Kyiv – Solotvyn will depart from the capital on June 19 and 21, and from Solotvyn on June 20 and 22.
Ukrzaliznytsia also thanked the workers who repair the cars and help increase the number of available seats.
“We thank our repairers, who are adding cars to the operational fleet at an accelerated pace so that we can meet your maximum demand,” the company noted.
Tickets for additional flights are already available on the website and in the Ukrzaliznytsia application.
