“On this day, flags will be lowered on all municipal buildings in the city. It is also recommended to lower state flags on state and private buildings,” he said.
According to Klitschko, any entertainment events are prohibited in the city on June 18.
“The clearing of rubble in the capital continues. At present, three people have been killed in the Darnitsky district. Rescuers continue the search and rescue operation in the Solomensky district. 114 people were injured as a result of the enemy attack on Kyiv,” the mayor added.
