US Presidential Special Envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg has rejected Russia’s accusations that Washington and Kyiv are allegedly dragging out peace talks.

He wrote about this on his X page.

This is how he responded to the statement by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, who stated that the pace of progress in negotiations on Ukraine depends on the United States and Ukraine.

Kellogg called Peskov’s comments “Orwellian” and stressed that Russia’s accusations were unfounded.

“President Trump has been consistent and steadfast in his insistence on progress to end the war. We call for an immediate ceasefire and a move toward three-way negotiations to end the war. Russia cannot continue to drag its feet while bombing civilian targets in Ukraine,” Kellogg said.

Let us recall that on June 21, Donald Trump’s special representative for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, visited Belarus , where he met with self-proclaimed President Alexander Lukashenko.

By the way, on June 21, after Keith Kellogg’s visit,a number of political prisoners were released in Belarus , including opposition leader Sergei Tikhanovsky.
