Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said that the capital’s anti-aircraft system is running out of ammunition to counter Russian air targets.

This is stated in the material of The New York Times.

The mayor of Kyiv has highlighted the shortage of American Patriot interceptor missiles. He has appealed to Western partners to increase arms supplies to Ukraine.

“This is a matter of civilian lives. Please help us,” he urged.

According to Klitschko, repeated Russian attacks on energy infrastructure are complicating repair work. In particular, some of the facilities that the enemy struck on January 9 were attacked again within a few days.

As a reminder, Vitali Klitschko stated that the situation in the capital remains difficult – this is the first time such a scale has been observed since the beginning of the Russian invasion.
