Klymenko announced threats to the expert in the case of the “Dynasty” cooperative

Unknown individuals threatened a forensic expert who was working in criminal proceedings regarding the construction of the “Dynasty” cooperative in Kozyn, Kyiv region.

Oleksandr Klymenko, head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, wrote about this in a column for “Ukrainian Pravda”.

According to him, they tried to force the woman to withdraw her participation in the case. To do this, an unknown man waited for her in the evening near her house and “strongly advised” her not to participate in the criminal proceedings.

Later, as Klymenko noted, threats were sent to the expert through third parties, in particular, they promised to mobilize her relatives and deprive her of the right to professional activity.

According to the head of the SAPO, NABU and SAPO are already investigating these circumstances within the framework of criminal proceedings. One of the versions of the investigation is the possible involvement of individual employees of the Security Service of Ukraine in the pressure.

Klymenko also recalled that back in May, during a session of the High Anti-Corruption Court, the prosecutor reported on difficulties in establishing the real value of unfinished construction sites in Kozyn. According to her, one of the reasons was pressure on the judicial expert.
