Kurdrytskyi case: court begins hearing on choosing a preventive measure

On October 29, the Pechersk Court of Kyiv began considering the case on the election of a preventive measure for the former head of Ukrenergo, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi.

This was reported by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

According to him, at least 5 MPs have declared their willingness to take Kudrytsky on bail. According to “Suspilne”, these are Zheleznyak, Sovsun, Khlapuk, Gerus, and Radina.

It is also known that the former head of Ukrenergo was denied a request to be released from the “box” so that he could sit next to his lawyer. It is noted that this decision was justified by the impossibility of providing security.

During the hearing, the court took a technical break. Zheleznyak noted that “something broke.”

As a reminder, former executive director of NPC Ukrenergo Volodymyr Kudrytskyi has become a subject of an investigation conducted by the State Bureau of Investigation . Investigators are investigating his involvement in abuse of office and misappropriation of state company funds.
