Temporary power outage schedules are being reintroduced in Ukraine’s capital amid significant shortages in the power grid.

DTEK reported this on the morning of February 8.

The company noted that power engineers had managed to stabilize the situation enough to return to the temporary schedule in Kyiv.

“Despite the colossal electricity shortage, we are returning to the scheduled operating hours in the capital,” DTEK said in a statement.

Kyiv residents can view the current outage schedules through the DTEK chatbot, on the company’s official website, and in the Kyiv Digital app.

DTEK added that detailed explanations of how the time schedules operate have been published on their official resources and thanked consumers for their support and understanding.
