Kyiv returns to power outage schedules – DTEK
From midnight on January 29, temporary power outage schedules will come into effect in Kyiv – they will differ in different areas and will not be tied to queues.
This was reported by DTEK.
“Energy engineers have managed to do the impossible. Despite the huge electricity shortage in the capital, we are introducing schedules with the amount of light we have,” the report says.
The company warned that the schedules in the metropolitan areas will be uneven due to the peculiarities of power system damage. Each house will have its own schedule of outages, which can be followed in the chat bot and on the website. However, due to overload, delays of up to 5 minutes are possible.
The current situation in the energy system is still difficult. The weather remains cold and there is a risk of further Russian strikes.
In case of deterioration, emergency shutdowns will be applied, and if the situation stabilizes, Kyiv will return to its usual schedules with queues.
“In the first few days, the temporary schedules will be finalized in the process. Therefore, we apologize in advance for any possible inaccuracies. We are launching the schedules as quickly as we can so that Kyiv residents have at least a small basis for planning their day,” DTEK explained.
We remind you that on Thursday, January 29, due to Russian shelling, measures to limit electricity consumption will be introduced in all Ukrainian regions .
