Kyiv’s Northern Bridge restored after Russian attack on October 4

In Kyiv, major restoration work has been completed on the Northern Bridge, which was damaged by the Russian attack on October 4. Also, in the Desnyanskyi district, the heating main was repaired and hot water was restored to residents.

This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.

On the damaged section of the Northern Bridge, specialists from Kyivavtoshlyakhmost restored the structure and road surface.

In particular, workers strengthened the damaged base of the roadway, covered it with a special metal plate, and restored the asphalt concrete pavement.

Specialists also repaired damaged elements that connect parts of the structure and ensure the strength and stability of the bridge.

In addition, Kyivteploenergo employees restored the heating main, which was also damaged during the Russian attack on October 4. After the completion of the work, hot water supply was restored in the Desnyanskyi district.
