Large-scale failure in “Reserve+”: users cannot log in to the application

On Thursday, January 29, a technical failure occurred in the “Reserve+” application.

Yes, it is known that the mobile application was updated the day before. However, users are currently unable to access it.

Users complain that they are either kicked out of the application when trying to launch it, or that error and overload messages appear on the screen.

The screen displays the messages “The system is very busy. You will have to wait longer than usual. Thank you very much for your patience”, “Something strange happened” and “We are having a technical problem”.

There is currently no official information about the large-scale outage.

As a reminder, in Poland, on the border with Ukraine, a technical failure occurred in the database of the Border Guard Service of the Republic of Poland at the checkpoints bordering the Lviv and Volyn regions. Currently, specialists are working to eliminate the malfunctions, and no accumulation of vehicles in the direction of exit and entry has been recorded.
