Large-scale strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine: an oil refinery and military targets destroyed

On the night of November 28, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out a series of pinpoint strikes on enemy targets in the temporarily occupied territories and on the territory of Russia.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian troops struck the Saratov Oil Refinery in the Saratov region. The enterprise supplies more than 20 types of oil products, including gasoline, diesel fuel and fuel oil, and is actively used to supply Russian troops. After the strike, a series of explosions and a large-scale fire were recorded on the territory of the plant. The extent of the damage is being determined.
A drone storage facility at the Saki airfield in Crimea was also hit. According to preliminary data, Ukrainian troops destroyed air defense facilities, including Pantsir-S1 and TOR-M2 complexes. After suppressing the air defense, the enemy hangar with Orion and Forpost drones was destroyed.
In addition, a command and control point and a KamAZ military truck were hit by shelling. Data on casualties are being clarified.
In Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Defense Forces also struck areas of concentration of enemy manpower and fuel depots. The results of these strikes are still being determined.
The General Staff emphasized that the operations are aimed at reducing the aggressor’s military-economic potential and weakening its ability to conduct combat operations.
As a reminder, on the night of November 28 , the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that it had allegedly shot down 136 Ukrainian drones, while explosions and air defense operations were recorded in a number of regions of the Russian Federation.
