Last night, Russia attacked Ukraine with 29 missiles and nearly 400 drones: air defenses destroyed 392 targets.

On the night of February 17, Russian troops launched a massive air attack on Ukraine, using 29 missiles of various types and 396 attack drones.

The Command of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.

From 6:00 PM on February 16 to 9:30 AM on February 17 the enemy released:

• 4 Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Rostov region of Russia and temporarily occupied Crimea;

• 20 Kh-101 air-launched cruise missiles from the Caspian Sea;

• 4 Iskander-K cruise missiles from the Kursk region of Russia;

• 1 guided aircraft missile Kh-59/69 from the airspace of Donetsk region;

• 396 attack UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas type and other types of drones launched from Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Shatalovoye and occupied Crimea.

According to preliminary data, air defense forces shot down or suppressed 392 air targets: 20 Kh-101 missiles, 4 Iskander-K missiles, one Kh-59/69 air missile and 367 drones.

At the same time, four ballistic missiles and 18 attack drones were recorded hitting 13 locations. Debris from downed targets was also recorded falling at eight locations.
