Ukrainian drone forces hit five enemy ships in the Sea of Azov and attacked an oil terminal in St. Petersburg overnight. These operations significantly complicate the logistical support of Russian forces and hit the enemy’s export capabilities.
Military-political observer of the group “Information Resistance” Oleksandr Kovalenko, in a conversation on the “Pryamiy” TV channel, noted that control over medium-range airspace allows for the effective destruction of the occupiers’ transport.
“This is not just the destruction of some raw or processed raw material. This is not just a blow to the economy, the budget, or export opportunities. This is also the destruction of a facility where all this was able to be stored for a long time,” the studio guest emphasized.
The commander of the “Magyar” unmanned forces, Brovdi, reported that dry cargo ships and a tanker carrying stolen Ukrainian grain and military fuel were hit. Meanwhile, a fire broke out at a terminal in St. Petersburg, located 1,100 kilometers from the border, during an economic forum there.
Kovalenko is convinced that such targeted strikes deprive Russia of fuel storage facilities, creating a technological and logistical collapse.
As a reminder, on the night of June 6, drones attacked a number of facilities in Russia . In particular, a fire broke out at an oil depot in the Krasnodar Territory, and in the St. Petersburg area, air defenses and smoke were reported near the port of Kronstadt.
Meanwhile, in the annexed Crimea , a coupon system for AI-95 gasoline and restrictions on the sale of AI-92 began to operate on May 31. Due to the shortage of fuel, gas stations introduced limits for drivers and banned the sale of gasoline in cans. In addition, problems with gasoline and restrictions on the sale of fuel were recorded in at least 15 regions of the country , as well as in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
