Petro Poroshenko met with ordinary residents of Lviv and talked with them about the problems in Ukraine.

Petro Poroshenko shared photos from meetings with Lviv residents on social media.

“In Lviv, we started the day not with coffee, but with meetings. Some of them were unplanned, but very useful. We met caring Lviv residents on the street. We talked about sore spots — problems that the state turns a blind eye to,” he said.

He noted that Ukrainians will never remain silent when something does not suit them. Diversity of opinions is another feature that distinguishes them from their neighbors.

Poroshenko also spoke about the meeting between local public figures and relatives of the dead, prisoners, and missing.

“It is important to hear people, to know what problems concern them and what solutions they propose. We discussed important topics of interest to the public, in particular diplomacy and defense,” he noted.

“What exactly was discussed? The importance of high-quality international representation, not the diplomacy of “5-6 managers”. About directing all money to the needs of the Ukrainian army, not to election programs. This applies to the return of personal income tax to communities, and ensuring high-quality lines of defense. About how to protect every soldier at “zero”. About the rollback of the decentralization reform and what threats this poses to the development of cities, towns and villages of Ukraine,” the fifth President of Ukraine emphasized.

Poroshenko expressed his joy at the support among Lviv residents. He noted that he, together with the residents of Lviv, defends common ideas.

“Because only in this way, in unity, will we be able to change Ukraine and lead it to peace,” he noted.

Let us recall that the fifth president and leader of “European Solidarity” Petro Poroshenko handed over a batch of drones and equipment to units fighting in the hottest areas of the front in the eastern direction .
