Macron Claims US Has Shifted Its Stance on Ukraine

French President Emmanuel Macron says the United States has, for the first time in an official document, acknowledged that it is no longer acting as a neutral mediator in Russia’s war against Ukraine.
Emmanuel Macron announced this during a meeting with journalists.
According to him, the United States, together with its partners, supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine, provides military and energy assistance, and also imposes sanctions against Russia.
Macron emphasized that this was an important political signal because the US position was enshrined in an official document.
Recall that NATO countries are preparing to announce new decisions in support of Ukraine.
