On the night of September 1, a large-scale drone attack occurred in the Krasnodar region of Russia. As a result of the strikes, an electrical substation and, probably, an oil refinery were occupied.

The Krasnodar Region Operational Headquarters reported the substation fire.

A substation caught fire from drone debris in the Kropotkin area. The fire covered an area of about 80 m2, leaving part of the city without power. Rescuers subsequently extinguished the fire.

Another attack took place in the village of Ilsky, where an oil refinery is located. According to preliminary data, a fire broke out there after drone strikes.

At the same time, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that fifty Ukrainian drones had allegedly been shot down during the night. The Ukrainian side traditionally does not comment on such accusations.

Earlier it became known that an emergency in Saratov was under attack in the Russian Federation .
