Massive nighttime attack by Russia: six settlements in Kyiv region left without gas and heating

In the Kyiv region, 6 settlements were left without gas supply and partially without heat due to a night attack by Russia. 7,911 subscribers are without gas, and specialists plan to restore supply within 2 days.

This was announced by the head of the Kyiv OVA, Mykola Kalashnyk.

According to him, 6 settlements in the Obukhiv district were left without gas supply. In particular, these are:

  • Ukrainka city
  • village of Veremya
  • village of Zhukivtsi
  • village of Trypillya
  • village of Halepya
  • village of Shcherbakivka

In total, 7,911 subscribers were left without gas, most of whom live in the city of Ukrainka. According to experts, gas supply is planned to be restored within 2 days.

In the city of Ukrainka, heat supply was also temporarily cut off in 62 apartment buildings due to shelling. 8,367 subscribers were left without heat.

Heat supply is also partially absent in Obukhiv. Due to damage to the gas supply to one of the city’s boiler houses, heating has been stopped in 64 houses for 9,689 subscribers. Currently, municipal services are finding out the time required to eliminate the consequences and are working to restore the coolant in the network.

In addition, 4,600 subscribers were left without electricity in the Brovary, Vyshhorod, and Obukhiv districts of the Kyiv region. Energy workers are working to restore power supply.

At the same time, centralized water supply services in communities of the Kyiv region are provided as usual.

As is known, on the night of March 14, Russia launched a combined strike on Ukraine . Air defense forces neutralized 460 Russian targets – 58 missiles and 402 drones of various types.

By the way, on Saturday, March 14, Russian military personnel attacked the central part of Kherson , and three children were injured as a result of the strike.
