Melania Trump helped return seven more Ukrainian children
US First Lady Melania Trump helped return children separated by war to Ukraine.
The White House reports this.
This time, six minors returned home, with another child set to join the family later this month.
The White House notes that this is the fourth phase of the initiative, which Melania Trump has been implementing since October 2025.
She said that the return of children to their families remains a key humanitarian task. She stressed that the parties continue to cooperate, putting the safety and well-being of children above war.
The First Lady’s representatives continue to engage with the governments of Ukraine and Russia to locate and return all children who have been separated from their families due to the fighting.
The White House emphasizes that this process is complex and lengthy, but it remains an important part of humanitarian efforts during the war.
It was previously reported that five more children were returned from the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
