“Mild” warming is approaching Ukraine, but in the West – rain and snow

On November 21, a significant deterioration in the weather is expected in Ukraine – rain with wet snow and wind gusts of up to 17–22 m/s are forecast for a significant part of the territory.
According to the Ukrhydrometeorological Center, a yellow level of danger has been declared throughout the country due to strong winds and precipitation that can cause ice, especially in the west.
In the western regions, wet snow is likely at night, light snow or rain during the day at temperatures around 0…+5 °C, and in the Carpathians even down to –8 °C.
Mixed precipitation is also forecast in the northern and central regions: temperatures will fluctuate between 0 and +6 °C, and ice will form on the roads in places.
The east and south of Ukraine will experience rain on this day, the temperature will warm up to +13…+18 °C during the day, while the wind will significantly increase.
The warmest weather is expected in Crimea – up to +14…+18 °C during the day, without similar precipitation, but the wind can also be strong.
