Military and civilians: 84 people returned to Ukraine from Russian captivity

Ukraine managed to return another 84 people from Russian captivity. These are military and civilians, almost all of them need medical care.
This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
“We are returning Ukrainians home, to Ukraine. New exchange, 84 people. These are both military and civilians. Almost all of them need medical care, significant rehabilitation,” the statement says.
According to Zelensky, among the civilians dismissed today are those who were held by the Russians since 2014, 2016 and 2017. Among the military dismissed today are the defenders of Mariupol. I am grateful to everyone who helps us continue to free Ukrainian captives.
Let us recall that on July 23 , the ninth stage of the exchange took place between Ukraine and Russia . The military personnel who had been in captivity for more than 3 years returned to their homeland.
Earlier, during negotiations in Istanbul , the Ukrainian and Russian sides agreed to conduct an exchange of civilians and military personnel .
