Mindich Scandal Sparks EU Pressure: Stefanchuk Ordered to Hand Over No-Confidence Vote Signatures

European Solidarity formally demands Stefanchuk release signature sheets to trigger a no-confidence vote against the Svyrydenko-Yermak government.

While Ukrainians are still reeling from the revelations on the NABU recordings, Parliament must remember its duty and dismiss the wholly unprofessional and corrupt government.

At least four ministers were implicated in the scandalous “Mindich” recordings made by NABU detectives. It is difficult to imagine how many more may surface in future stages of the investigation, but none of them have any place in ministerial positions during a time of war.

Earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office reported suspicions against seven individuals involved in a large-scale corruption scheme at JSC NNEGC Energoatom.  

As a reminder, the State Bureau of Investigation, together with the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the State Bureau of Investigation of the National Police, and the State Border Service, exposed a criminal group that organized the illegal transfer of conscripts across the state border and facilitated the desertion of military personnel in exchange for monetary compensation.
