Mindich’s films and “Dynasty” in blood: who is hiding behind the name Vova?

The focus of public attention has been on an investigation into the construction of an elite cottage town called “Dynasty”, which is linked to the entourage of the state’s top leadership and where the name “Vova” is mentioned.
Viktor Bobyrenko, an expert at the Bureau of Policy Analysis, noted on the air of “Pryamoy” that the appearance of such real estate in the midst of a full-scale invasion looks like cynical enrichment against the backdrop of a nationwide tragedy.
He suggested that such projects may be hiding front persons to conceal the real owners.
“At the next meeting of journalists with the president, I would ask: what do you think, Volodymyr Oleksandrovych, what should be called the person who builds the “Dynasty” during the war with money stolen from the people? What should this person be called? And let him explain, and then clarify, who is this Vova?” – Bobyrenko noted.
According to the guest, such schemes for legalizing property through students or people without a permanent place of residence are a long-standing practice for circumventing controls. He emphasizes that such actions resemble “business on blood,” when resources are directed to personal enrichment instead of the defense of the country.
At the same time, Viktor Bobyrenko expressed his belief that society should not be naive about who exactly could be behind this large-scale construction.

These are conversations recorded in the summer of 2025 in the apartment of businessman Timur Mindich, who is called a defendant in the energy corruption case.
As reported by the representative of the Anti-Corruption Council under the Ministry of Defense, Tetyana Nikolayenko, the tapes made it clear not only that Mindich is connected with FirePoint, but that he manages the very process of production and attracting investment funds. But it turns out that the former Minister of Defense traveled to the UAE and lobbied for attracting investment in this particular campaign, and also pushed for the allocation of budget funds for it.
