The sister of Timur Mindich, a figure in the Midas corruption case, used the apartment of the family of a Russian army general and former high-ranking official in the Russian presidential administration for a long time.
This is stated in the investigation of “Slidstva.Info” and “Dnipro.media”.
Journalists have collected a number of pieces of evidence that Lyubov Mindich has been using a residence in the center of Moscow for ten years.
As it turned out, a woman whose date of birth, name, and patronymic match those of Mindich’s sister ordered goods from the Moscow Central Department Store. Her Russian phone number, indicated in the order from Central Department Store, also appears in the data of one of the Russian postal services, and the name of the client of the services as of 2016 and 2017 is MINDICH LUBA MIHAYLOVNA.
Her husband is probably businessman Andrei Zhuravlev. The couple has three children together, all of whom are Russian citizens.
“Another piece of evidence that this is the sister of the fugitive businessman is that the woman’s email address is found in another merged database — of customers of the Russian service “Kiwi Taxi”. And there, this email address is linked to a user named Timur Mindich. Since at least 2014, Lyubov Mindich has been ordering delivery of goods from Moscow stores to Malaya Bronnaya Street. This same apartment is listed as the address of residence in the profiles of Russian medical services as of 2024,” the investigators assured.
The apartment, measuring over 180 square meters, has been owned by Elena Abroskina since 2009, whose husband Nikolai Abroskin headed the Federal Agency for Special Construction of the Russian Ministry of Defense in the 2000s. After Putin returned to the post of President of Russia, Abroskin became First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration and held the position until 2020.
As previously reported, NABU and SAPO sent documents for Interpol to put businessmen Timur Mindich and Oleksandr Zukerman, defendants in the “Midas” case regarding corruption in the energy sector, on the wanted list .
As a reminder, NABU and SAPO are conducting a large-scale operation “Midas” to expose corruption in the energy sector . According to the investigation, the activities of a high-level criminal organization were established, which controlled financial flows and personnel decisions in state energy structures.
