People’s Deputy Fedir Venislavskyi stated that mobile procurement centers could become a new tool in the defense system of Ukraine. Such an initiative does not contradict the law, but the final decision should be made by the military command, because modern digital technologies already allow organizing the work of the TCC even outside stationary premises.
This is reported by the Telegraph .
It is noted that Fedir Venislavsky, a member of the parliamentary committee on national security, defense and intelligence, commented on the possibility of the emergence of mobile territorial procurement centers (TCC).
According to him, there are no legal restrictions on the creation of mobile CCCs.
“The law does not stipulate that CCCs should be located only in fixed premises. The conditions of war, especially after targeted missile attacks by Russia, require more flexible solutions,” the People’s Deputy explained.
Venislavsky noted that most of the account data has already been transferred to digital format, which greatly simplifies the operation of such mobile centers.
“Modern technologies allow for both communication and access to databases, so from a technical point of view it is absolutely possible,” he added.
However, the decision to launch mobile CCCs must be made by the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine , in particular the Ministry of Defense and the Land Forces Command.
We would like to add that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine proposes to make amendments to the legislation, in particular, they provide for a 12-month deferment from mobilization for persons who served under the “Contract 18-24”.
We remind you that mobile checkpoints have been set up in four districts of Poltava region to search for servicemen with the status of deserters (unauthorized abandonment of the unit). Military and police officers will be on duty at the facilities.
