Mobile groups have been created in Vinnytsia to serve summonses: how will they operate?

Vinnytsia Mayor Serhiy Morgunov signed an order to create mobile groups that will deliver summonses to those liable for military service.

This is stated in the document.

As noted, 3 groups will be involved in notifying citizens in the territory of the starosta districts, 7 groups in high-rise buildings served by management companies, 1 group in buildings where condominiums have been created, and the largest number in the private sector is 20 groups.

Each alert group will necessarily consist of representatives of the city CCC and the district police department.

The service of summonses will be carried out under the personal signature of the citizen on the receipt. And in the event of a person’s refusal to receive the summons or failure to identify the person liable for military service, an appropriate act will be drawn up.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense expanded the list of categories of citizens for whom the deferral from mobilization is automatically extended . Seven more categories were added to the auto-extension mechanism.
