The Ministry of Defense denied information about the alleged launch of a new stage of mobilization from April 1.

Deputy Minister of Defense Yevhen Moysiuk reported this in a comment to Ukrinform .

According to him, the reports circulating in the media are not true. No drastic changes have been introduced in the mobilization process since the beginning of April.

“We have a clear plan and schedule for implementing changes. The information that is currently being disseminated is not true,” Moysiuk explained.

The Ministry of Defense notes that the reform of territorial procurement centers is ongoing, but it is a complex process that takes time. This is not about point solutions, but about a complete restructuring of the system.

According to the official, the team has already developed a comprehensive plan for changes. It was formed based on the analysis of a large number of responses, consultations with the military and experts.

The ministry emphasizes that each decision is checked for practicality and effectiveness to avoid mistakes.

The Ministry of Defense plans to publicly present the details of the CCC reform in the near future. They promise to make the process more transparent and understandable.

As previously reported, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is working on a package of changes that will concern mobilization, unauthorized abandonment of a unit (SZCH), as well as service conditions for stormtroopers and infantrymen.

As a reminder, the Ukrainian military was warned that after leaving the unit without authorization, they will now only be able to transfer to assault troops.
