In large cities of Ukraine, they plan to strengthen mobilization measures; the Ministry of Defense team is already working on this.
This was told to “Telegraph” by Fedir Venislavsky, a deputy and member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence.
According to him, the issue of fair distribution of the mobilization load is currently being discussed. In particular, this concerns situations where in the villages of some communities the majority of men were called up to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, while in large cities “the picture looks different.”
As Venislavsky noted, the military also feels this difference, they supposedly have a feeling of “two parallel realities.”
“We, the Office of the President, and the Ministry of Defense are all working on this. I think that some adequate, fair mobilization rules will be developed that will improve, minimize conflicts, and provide the security and defense sector with everything necessary,” the deputy explained.
As it became known, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is working on a package of changes that will concern mobilization, unauthorized abandonment of the unit (SZCh), as well as service conditions for stormtroopers and infantrymen.
