“By targeting Territorial Recruitment Centers in Ukrainian cities, Russia aims to physically destroy conscription data and disrupt or delay the mobilization process.”

This was stated on Kyiv24 by Vitaliy Sarantsev, Head of the Communications Department of the Land Forces Command.

In addition, the enemy is trying to sow fear and distrust among the population, as Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TRSSCs) are located in densely populated urban areas.

“Such a dangerous neighborhood is meant to outrage citizens, provoke unrest, and incite them to act against the TRSSCs,” he explained.

According to Sarantsev, Russia’s goal is to discourage people from visiting these centers for any purpose — whether to receive social services, update personal data, or for other reasons.

Earlier, Vitaly Sarantsev said that Russia will likely continue to strike the CCC and JV buildings in Ukraine.

As a reminder, on July 3, Russian troops struck Poltava. One of the hits caused a fire in the building of the Poltava United City CCC and JV.

As it became known, on Sunday, July 6, at around 9:35 a.m., Russian troops attacked Kremenchuk in the Poltava region with strike drones. The district CCC and SP came under attack.

It is worth noting that on Monday, July 7, Russian troops launched UAV air strikes on the CCC in Kharkiv and Zaporizhia.

By the way, the Russian Defense Ministry admitted that Russian troops targeted Ukrainian territorial recruitment centers.
