More than 110 battles took place on the front in 24 hours, the most intense being in the Pokrovsky direction.

Since the start of October 14, 113 combat clashes have been recorded along the front line. The most intense fighting continues in the Pokrovsky sector, where 47 Russian army attacks have occurred.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this as of 16:00.

Border settlements in the Sumy and Chernihiv regions , in particular Boyaro-Lezhachi, Novaya Guta, Novovasilovka, Bobilovka, Sytnoye, Zarya, Arkhipovka and Zarechye, came under enemy fire.

Situation by direction

• North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions: 5 battles were recorded, the enemy carried out 4 airstrikes and 98 shelling attacks.

• Yuzhno-Slobozhansky: Ukrainian soldiers repelled seven assaults near Kamenka, Zapadnoye, and Kutkovka.

• Kupyansky: 5 attacks in the areas of Peschanoye, Petrovpavlovka and Novoplatonovka.

• Limansky: 3 attacks near Drobyshev, Sredny and Kolodtsy.

• Slavyansky: 4 assaults in the areas of Yampol, Pereyezdny and Vyemka.

• Kramatorsk: 2 battles near Stupochki and Orekhovo-Vasilovka.

• Konstantinovsky: 7 combat clashes, fighting continues near Pleshcheyevka, Rusiny Yar and Poltavka.

• The Pokrovskoe direction: 47 enemy attacks – the hottest section of the front. The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 39 assaults, and fighting continues.

• Aleksandrovsky: 9 assaults near Yalta, Yanvarsky, Sosnovka, Novonikolaevka and Poltavka.

• Orekhovsky: 2 attacks near Stepnoye, airstrike on Novoandreyevka.

• Pridneprovsky: the enemy launched an airstrike with unguided missiles on Olhivka.

• Gulyai-Polye direction: the enemy did not conduct any active operations.
