More than 260 clashes per day on the front: where the fiercest fighting took place

The Russian occupation army continues to press along almost the entire front line. Over the past 24 hours, 263 combat clashes have occurred on the front line, with the fiercest fighting taking place in the Pokrovsk and Hulyaipil directions.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 8:00 a.m. on June 3.

According to updated information, yesterday the enemy launched one missile strike, using 73 missiles, carried out 80 air strikes, dropping 252 guided bombs. In addition, it used 9,735 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,156 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, including 55 from multiple rocket launchers.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile troops, and artillery have struck two areas of enemy manpower concentration, two command posts, four artillery systems, and five unmanned aerial vehicle control points.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, one combat clash took place over the past day, the aggressor carried out two air strikes using three anti-aircraft missiles, and carried out 76 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including two using MLRS.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units four times in the area of the settlement of Starytsia and towards the settlements of Izbitske and Vilcha.

In the Kupyansk direction, our defenders stopped five enemy attempts to advance towards the settlements of Kupyansk, Kupyansk-Vuzlovy, and Kurylivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy tried to penetrate our defenses 14 times towards the settlements of Drobysheve, Dibrova, Lyman and in the areas of the settlements of Zarichne and Yampil.

In the Slavyansk direction, the enemy stormed 20 times in the areas of Zakitne, Riznykivka and towards the settlements of Rai-Oleksandrivka and Kryva Luka.

The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Kramatorsk direction.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 12 attacks near the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Ivanopillya, Pleshchiivka, Stepanivka and towards Novopavlivka.

In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 40 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Rodynske, Vasylivka, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Udachne and towards the settlements of Stepy, Ivanivka, Serhiivka, Shevchenko, and Dorozhnye.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked seven times, in the areas of Vorony, Ternovo, and towards Kalynivka.

In the Hulyaipil direction, the invaders carried out 44 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Dobropillya, Zlagoda, Zaliznychne, Olenokostyantynivka, Pryluky and in the direction of Vozdvizhivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Hulyaipilsky, Charivny, Tsvitky, and Girky.

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped three enemy attempts to advance in the area of the settlement of Shcherbaki.

In the Prydniprovs’ky direction, our defenders successfully stopped two attacks towards the Antonivs’kyi Bridge.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
