More than 600 attacks on TCC workers have been recorded in Ukraine since the start of the war.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, 611 attacks on employees of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TRSCs and SPs) have been recorded in Ukraine. Three service members were killed in these incidents.
The National Police of Ukraine reported this in a commentary for Interfax-Ukraine .
The largest number of cases was recorded in the Kharkiv region – 68, in Kyiv – 53, and in the Dnipropetrovsk region – 44.
A significant number of incidents were also recorded in:
- Volyn region – 38,
- Lviv region – 37,
- Odessa region – 36,
- Chernihiv region – 33.
Police note that the number of such offenses is growing. While there were only five cases in 2022, there are already 38 in 2023.
In 2024, 118 attacks on TCC representatives were recorded, and in 2025, 341 cases. Since the beginning of 2026, more than 100 cases of resistance have already been recorded.
Law enforcement officials emphasize the need to comply with the law and ensure accountability for such actions, especially under martial law.
As a reminder, in Volyn, State Bureau of Investigation officers detained an official from a territorial recruitment center who, along with other service members, used force against a 60-year-old man during an attempted mobilization. The victim sustained moderate injuries, and the suspect was placed in pretrial detention.
As reported, on Tuesday, March 17, during mobilization notification events in Mykolaiv, a man attacked a police officer and a TCC employee with a knife.
