Due to the consequences of the bad weather, many settlements in the Transcarpathian, Chernihiv, and Kyiv regions have been completely or partially without power.
This was reported by Ukrenergo.
Thus, due to heavy snowfall and accumulation of wet snow, 83 settlements in three regions were left without electricity.
Currently, repair crews from the regional energy company are working to eliminate the consequences of the bad weather.
In addition, the enemy attacked power grid facilities in several regions. The situation remains difficult in the Dnipropetrovsk region, where most consumers are without power, and in Zaporizhia.
Due to hostilities, there are new blackouts in the Donetsk region, where emergency power outages were applied, and in the Kharkiv region.
Hourly power outages were canceled in all regions at night. However, most regions are now returning to implementing power outage schedules.
“Attention! The situation in the power system may change. Follow the messages on the websites and official pages in social networks of your distribution system operator (oblenergo),” the company urged.
We remind you that as of the morning of January 8 , about 800 thousand consumers remain without electricity in the Dnipropetrovsk region .
Recall, Svyridenko previously reported on possible additional power outages due to bad weather.
