MP Labazyuk accused of attempting to raid a state enterprise in Khmelnytskyi region
A scandal is unfolding in the Khmelnytsky region around the state enterprise “Proskurovka Experimental Farm”.
Yevgeny Dobryansky, the acting director of the enterprise, publicly appealed to President Volodymyr Zelensky, the Prosecutor General, the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada with a request for immediate intervention in the situation.
In a video message that is actively spreading on social networks, Dobryansky accuses people’s deputy Sergei Labazyuk of attempting a hostile takeover of a state enterprise and driving it into bankruptcy.
“Proskurovka” is not being destroyed by accident, but so that later its land can be “entered” calmly – by the hands of those who are supposed to protect state property,” Dobryansky said.
The state enterprise is subordinate to the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (NAAS) and owns valuable land resources – these assets, according to numerous comments on social networks, are the real target of the politician-businessman’s attack.
The appeal made a direct accusation against Labaziuk, a current MP, member of the Verkhovna Rada’s Agrarian Committee, and the actual owner of the agricultural business “VITAGRO”.
The director of the affected enterprise demands a public investigation and promises to publish detailed evidence and the names of other persons involved in the case.
By the way, this is not the first criminal scandal associated with MP Labaziuk.
In 2023, NABU and SAP, together with government representatives, reported on another case involving Labaziuk.
