Murder of a CCK serviceman in Lviv: why was it all done?

The murder of a CCC serviceman in Lviv. If you ignore the monkey-like antics of mommy’s corns in the comments, the official version is this – the killer thus wanted to protect his brother from… checking his documents (or receiving a summons), not essential.
What do we have as a result? A serviceman, having received a blow to the neck with a sharp object, died on the spot. The murderer was detained and now he is serving a life sentence. And the brother, who was supposedly protected… I don’t know. There is no information.
And here’s the question… Why was all this done? Kill a person and think you’re getting away with it? Ridiculous! Kill a person, be detained, but be sure that the court will acquit you because… you were defending your brother? Even funnier. The blow with a sharp object wasn’t on the arm, or did it cut the leg. (Although you can damage the leg like that, it almost seems like it). They hit him sharply in the neck, hitting the carotid artery, which means you can’t go down with manslaughter.
So the question is again. What was the purpose of all this? And how can we not recall, “To spite my mother-in-law, I’ll gouge out my eye. Let her have a son-in-law without an eye!”. Here, the guy fulfilled this saying to the fullest extent possible.
While our powerful and invincible Volodymyr Zelensky pretends that nothing happened, from shouts of “why are you checking documents” and smashed CCC buses, the matter has moved on to the deliberate murders of people in pixels.
Should representatives of the CCC be held accountable for violating the law (if they did, of course)? Yes! Absolutely! Just like any citizen of Ukraine, if they messed up! And for example, if tomorrow I suddenly “hit my head on a spruce tree”, drink two hundred vodkas and get behind the wheel, I will also break the law.
You can say something a thousand times about “garbage collectors are not people,” but that doesn’t negate the fact of driving a vehicle while intoxicated, that is, violating the Law. And I must answer, as must the representatives of the CCC, if we are talking about them.
But here’s the question… “Are those who haven’t yet reached the CCC breaking the law?” Although, in any case, they believe that they are untouchable. They don’t want to go to the CCC or the recruiting center themselves. And if they stop to check their documents (there’s a war in the country, if someone forgot), then they immediately stab them in the throat, because they are “man-trappers” and so on. By the way, it’s a completely Russian narrative – man-trappers. I understand, it happened by accident.
Shitty business. The longer Bankova and personally the Supreme Commander-in-Chief hesitate to resolve this issue, the more such cases will occur.
ps I was also “aw@ed” by the fact that the patrolmen were gassed! And what did they do in response? Nothing? And why?
pps I would like to remind certain beings that the “blocked” section is unlimited.
As a reminder, on April 2, a man fatally wounded a serviceman of the Central Military District on Patona Street in Lviv during an alert event. According to law enforcement, the attacker stabbed the serviceman in the neck and fled. The wounded man was hospitalized, but doctors were unable to save him – he died in the hospital.
Later it became known that the police of the Lviv region detained the alleged murderer . He turned out to be an inspector of the Lviv customs. Currently, law enforcement officers are establishing the motives of the crime. The suspect faces imprisonment for a term of 10 to 15 years or life imprisonment.
