American billionaire Elon Musk has called for the liquidation of the European Union after his social network X was fined for violations.
He wrote about this in a post.
As you know, the European Commission fined Company X 120 million euros for violating transparency under the Digital Services Act (DSA).
In particular, it is noted that purchasing a blue checkmark, which gives accounts the status of “verified”, without the necessary procedure misleads users.
In addition, the X advertising repository does not meet the requirements of transparency and accessibility in accordance with the law, and the platform does not fulfill its obligations to provide access to public data.
In response, Musk published a post criticizing the European Union.
“The EU should be abolished and sovereignty returned to individual countries so that governments can better represent their people,” the report says.
Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski has already responded to Musk’s words. He advised the American billionaire to “fly to Mars, where there is no censorship of Nazi salutes.”
The Foreign Minister emphasized that Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev agreed with Musk’s words about the liquidation of the EU.
“If anyone still had doubts about who all this anti-European talk about sovereignty serves. Those who want to profit from spreading hatred, and those who want to conquer Europe,” Sikorsky explained.
