NABU attacked and corrupt officials protected: who is behind large anonymous Telegram channels?

MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak named the owners of five large anonymous Telegram channels that carry out government tasks.
This is what his investigation says .
The People’s Deputy managed to identify the owners of the public pages “Insider”, “Ukraine Now”, “Real War”, “Ukraine Online”, and “Times of Ukraine”.
In particular, the last two channels belong to Oleg Harutyunyanets and Bohdan Tymoshchuk, who are co-owners of the Toba agency.
As Zheleznyak notes, their official incomes differ somewhat from reality. For example, Harutyunyants earned over half a million hryvnias in 2024, and a little over 100 thousand hryvnias in 2025. In contrast, his colleague earned almost 2.5 million hryvnias last year.
“The Tymoshchuk case clearly shows the gap between official incomes and the real lifestyle of potential millionaire Telegram owners,” the deputy emphasized.
Despite the fact that the owner of the public did not earn more than 130 thousand per year until 2021, he still purchased a BMW X6 and a house in Irpen.
Zheleznyak also managed to identify the owner of “Insider,” who turned out to be Andriy Sakharov. According to the registers, he owns four apartments — two each in Irpen and Sofiivska Borshchagovka, and two luxury cars.
After the full-scale Russian invasion, Sakharov’s income increased almost 40 times. Last year, he declared almost 9 million hryvnias as an individual entrepreneur.
In addition, according to sources, Sakharov is the owner of the Insider Help charitable foundation, through which more than 13 million hryvnias passed in 2024.
The public “Ukraine Now” belongs to Vyacheslav Mishalov, who owns a number of real estate companies, including in Cyprus. As Zheleznyak found out, even after 2022, he spends a lot of time abroad.
The Telegram channel “Real War” is owned by Vadym Klymovets. Almost all of his real estate and companies are registered in Lutsk.
He also traveled abroad despite being of draft age — Zheleznyak claims that Klymovets flew to Barcelona.
Since 2022, his income began to grow sharply. In 2022, he received almost 300 thousand hryvnias, and the next year, more than 6 times more, about 2 million hryvnias.
Zheleznyak notes that these publics actively attacked anti-corruption agencies and defended corrupt officials. The cost of a post on them ranges from 2 to 4 thousand dollars. However, none of the owners of the listed channels has large official fortunes or property.
