NABU came to search the NBU: the media named the official

NABU and SAPO are conducting searches at the National Bank of Ukraine and at the residence of one of its employees.
This was reported by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
The department confirmed that the searches were authorized and conducted in accordance with the law. No one has been detained or reported suspicious.
“Other details are not disclosed to preserve the confidentiality of the pre-trial investigation,” NABU noted.
“Ekonomichna Pravda” reported , citing sources, that searches are being conducted at the premises of the head of the National Bank, Andriy Pyshny.
People’s Deputies Yaroslav Zheleznyak and Oleksiy Honcharenko also announced investigative actions in the office of the NBU head.
At the same time, NABU did not officially specify who exactly the searches concern and within the framework of which criminal proceedings they are being conducted.
The National Bank confirmed that investigative actions were being carried out at the institution’s premises. The regulator emphasized that it continues to operate as normal.
