The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine is preparing to report the suspicion to the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak.
This was stated by People’s Deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko.
Honcharenko stated that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine is preparing to file a complaint against the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak.
“NABU IS PREPARING SUSPICION FOR YERMAK!”, wrote Honcharenko.
He also added that it is currently unknown whether Yermak’s phone will be taken away.
“Because it is unknown what kind of material is on him in the Mindich case. But Yermak’s phone is potentially another 170 NEW criminal cases. Each correspondence is a separate criminal proceeding. Abuse of authority, abuse of influence, illegal instructions, political persecution… all the lawyers in the country will not help,” he said.
After that, MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak commented on the situation. He stated that the event allegedly caused a reaction from some representatives associated with the leadership of the President’s Office.
“To be honest, it’s a special kind of pleasure to watch some of the “talking heads of Yermak” online either remain silent or write hysterically in the style of “”How is this possible???!!!””… For them, this event will have catastrophic financial consequences and, very likely, job loss,” Zheleznyak noted.
He also added: “It was going so well: the first ones were stealing from the energy and defense sectors and building estates, the second ones were “whitewashing” them with the same money and buying apartments… And that’s it. The era of Non-poverty is over.”
It was previously reported that on the morning of November 28, NABU detectives, together with SAPO prosecutors, were conducting investigative actions in the government quarter , where the office of the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, is located.
We will remind, the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, also appears on the “Mindich tapes” released by NABU as part of the investigation into corruption in the energy sector.
The day before, Fedir Venislavsky, a member of parliament from the Servant of the People faction and former representative of the president in the Verkhovna Rada and the Constitutional Court, believes that the head of the OP, Andriy Yermak, should be fired.
By the way, the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, gave the security forces under his control the task of destroying the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
