NABU named the individuals who searched the registers for data on the “Midas” case

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau has revealed the names of people who reviewed information about the “Midas” case regarding corruption in the energy sector, ZN.UA reported , citing People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak and NABU Head Semen Kryvonos.
In particular, according to the deputy, some employees of state authorities were looking for information in the Unified State Register of Criminal Procedure regarding decisions made in corruption cases.
A number of people searched by case number:
- Romanchenko O.V., Voitko V.V., Lutay A.A. (Security Service of Ukraine, 14.11.2025);
- Zgiblov S.O. (State Bureau of Investigation, 15.11.2025);
- Gavrish V.I., Sidorov M.D. (Prosecutor General’s Office, 11/18/2025);
- Velikorechanin P.O. (Deputy Chairman of ARMA, 11/28/2025);
- Rusavskyi V.O. (National Police of Ukraine, 28.11.2025);
- Makharynskyi O.V. (Security Service of Ukraine, 01.12.2025).
Using a contextual search by the name of the suspect in the criminal proceedings “Oleksiy Chernyshov” or specific residential addresses, they searched for:
- Klymenko N.O. (State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine, 11/20/2025);
- Zhuk O.V. (judge of the Kyiv Court of Appeal, 01.12.2025);
- Velikorechanin P.O. (Deputy of ARMA, 11/28/2025).
In addition, some individuals were searching for information about NABU vehicles through the Kyiv video surveillance system “Safe City.” Their names were named by Kryvonis during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy.
In particular, Sirous A.V., Vorontsov O.L., Ferens D.D., Khmilovsky O.A. — SBU; Tagamlyk O.V., Prosyanyk I.O., Arkhipov A.S. — SBI; Zolotykh M.Yu., Romanyuk S.M., Shut D.V., Kononchuk S.V., Boyko V.I., Klyots S.A., Dudik A.K. — National Police; Bondarenko O.R. — BEB.
“Regarding the review of the register of court decisions, I can say right away what they reviewed there? What legal grounds were there for reviewing the register of court decisions by searching by the criminal proceeding number, regarding the decisions made by the Supreme Administrative Court in our case, which we are investigating and which is being supervised by the SAPO. There are no grounds,” Kryvonis noted.
Regarding the “Safe City”, he added that NABU will find out whether appropriate measures were taken within the framework of current legislation. The head of the bureau assured that there are already requests to the law enforcement agencies that carried out the search.
Previously, the head of the State Financial Monitoring Service, Philip Pronin, did not appear at a meeting of the parliamentary TSC on the investigation of possible violations of Ukrainian legislation in the field of defense, anti-corruption policy, and human rights during martial law.
