Ukrainians will receive payments under the “National Cashback” program for October and November this weekend. The total amount of payments will exceed 1 billion hryvnia.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
The agency noted that more than 4 million active program participants will receive funds.
According to the ministry, Ukrainians will be paid UAH 550.29 million for October, and UAH 524.02 million for November. The total amount of payments will be UAH 1.074 billion.
The head of the Ministry of Economy, Oleksiy Sobolev, stated that the number of active users of the program has already exceeded 4 million. According to him, this indicates a growing interest in Ukrainian-made goods.
In two months, program participants purchased Ukrainian goods worth more than 10 billion hryvnias, which was a significant contribution to the country’s economy.
The ministry also reported that after the payments for October and November, the annual payment plan under the program will be fully implemented. Cashback for December 2025 will be accrued in February 2026 due to the specifics of the budget process.
It was previously reported that Ukrainians have already purchased 40,000 train tickets as part of the “3,000 km across Ukraine” program. Most often, people choose routes to frontline and border communities.
As a reminder, several key rules will change for Ukrainians from January 1, 2026. The innovations will affect gas payments, taxes for individual entrepreneurs, conditions for reservation from mobilization, and pension indexation.
