Law enforcement officers have recorded six cases of premeditated murders ordered by Russian special services via messengers since the beginning of 2026. One murder was prevented.
This was announced by the Head of the National Police, Ivan Vyhivskyi, in a comment to Censor.NET.
He noted that Russia is constantly changing its methods and is increasingly using underage girls to commit serious crimes against military personnel.
“Since the beginning of 2026 alone, the National Police has recorded six cases of premeditated murders on order via the Telegram messenger, one of which was prevented. We see a clearly structured scheme by which Russian curators operate,” the head of the National Police noted.
According to him, Russian special services use Telegram and other messengers to find girls and promise them easy money in exchange for completing certain tasks. Their actions are coordinated remotely by their supervisors.
The attackers set themselves the task of finding military personnel on dating sites and offering them to spend their leisure time together.
To carry out the crime, the supervisors provided money for apartment rent, alcoholic beverages, and other expenses. The girls were also told the locations of so-called drop-off points where they received methadone.
Later, during a romantic encounter, the serviceman was treated to an alcoholic beverage laced with methadone.
“In fact, we are talking about planned murders organized by the special services of the aggressor state at the hands of Ukrainian citizens. The particular cynicism lies in the fact that to implement its intentions, the enemy uses young people who often do not fully realize the consequences or hope for quick earnings,” Ivan Vyhivskyi emphasized.
He also recalled that similar cases were recorded in the Kharkiv and Zhytomyr regions, where girls killed servicemen on the instructions of the Russian Federation.
“I want to emphasize: no promises of reward exempt from criminal liability. Persons who agree to cooperate with representatives of the aggressor state will be held liable in accordance with the law. At the same time, it is necessary to understand that Russian special services deliberately use such performers as expendable material, without caring about their further fate,” said Vyhovsky.
The Head of the National Police urged parents to more carefully monitor their children’s communication in messengers, to pay attention to the appearance of unknown sources of income, receipt of funds from third parties, sudden trips, renting housing, or carrying out suspicious assignments.
He also urged servicemen to be careful when dating through social networks.
Previously, “Pryamiy” reported that the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine detained a 17-year-old student in the Kharkiv region, who is suspected of working for Russian special services and transmitting data about the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
