The day before, on April 5, the Russian army launched 743 drones in the direction of the Kherson region, setting a new anti-record.

This was stated by the deputy head of the Kherson Oblast Oblast Administration, Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, as quoted by Ukrinform.

According to him, the enemy directed most of the FPV drones at the regional center.

“The Russian military continues to increase the number of attacks. They are adding bombers, drones like MAVIC that drop explosives. But 743 drones — we have never had that before,” the official said.

He noted that most of them were shot down. However, 38 drones reached their targets. At the same time, as Tolokonnikov noted, the percentage of hits in the region is increasing, as the Russians use fiber-optic drones.

The official emphasized that it is very dangerous to move around in Kherson right now, so residents should leave the city.

We remind you that the other day, Russian occupiers attacked a minibus in Kherson with a drone , seven people were injured.
