New booking rules expected during Cabinet reboot: what you need to know
Бронювання
After the likely government reboot and the separation of individual ministries, the rules for determining critical enterprises may change. At the same time, the current criticality status and the issued reservation will remain valid until September 1, 2026.
This is reported by ” 7eminar “.
According to Yaroslav Zheleznyak, after the change in the composition of the Cabinet of Ministers, it is planned to separate certain united ministries . In particular, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture may be divided into the Ministry of Economy and Ecology and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, and the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development – into the Ministry of Regions and the Ministry of Infrastructure.
“7eminar” notes that in the event of the creation of new ministries, they will likely approve their own criteria for determining critical enterprises . It is also assumed that the State Development Agency may temporarily not accept documents to confirm criticality until new rules appear.
At the same time, according to the publication, the current status of critical businesses and existing reservations remain valid until September 1, 2026. Until the end of this period, employee reservations will continue to be valid.
“7eminar” recommends that businesses follow the official explanations of the newly created ministries regarding the criticality criteria and, if they already meet the current requirements, not postpone submitting documents until a possible government reorganization.
As is known, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced a change in the political strategy of the state and announced personnel changes in the government and law enforcement agencies . According to him, the update should ensure the implementation of new domestic and foreign policy priorities.
It is worth adding that after the resignation of Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, a new head of government has not yet been officially determined. According to MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, 4 possible candidates for the position of Prime Minister are currently being considered.
