The Russian army is trying to attack along the entire front line. There is currently an intensification of hostilities even in areas where it was relatively calm before.
This was announced by the spokesman for the operational-strategic group of troops “Khortytsia”, Lieutenant Colonel Viktor Tregubov, during a telethon.
“The enemy is really trying to create pressure along the entire contact line. In our area of responsibility, this concerns attempts to open new areas along the Ukrainian-Russian border. In particular, these are attempts to invade in the area of Granov and Kozacha Lopan, directly north of Kharkiv. They are being repelled there, but we are already observing that they are trying to climb from all sides,” Tregubov said.
He noted that now the Russian army has begun to attack even in areas where it was relatively calm until recently.
In particular, according to him, the enemy has intensified offensive actions in the Velyky Burlutsk direction, which has remained relatively calm for a long time.
In addition, the occupiers continue to advance in the Kupyansk direction — both on the left and right banks of the Oskil River, especially on the left.
At the same time, the fiercest fighting is currently ongoing in the Lymansky direction.
It was previously reported that over the past 24 hours, 273 combat clashes took place on the front . The most intense fighting took place in the Pokrovsky, Hulyay-Pilsky and Slavyansky directions.
