The Ukrainian Armored Vehicles company has begun developing new models of FPV drones with integrated mortar mines and new warheads.

This is reported by the publication ” Oboronka” .

At the Eurosatory 2026 exhibition in Paris, the company first introduced the UB82D drone in a new body.

This is an FPV drone on a 10-inch frame with a warhead in the form of an 82 mm mortar shell.

The UAV body is printed on a 3D printer.

Also presented were the UB60D kamikaze drones with a 60mm mine, created on the same principle. This model was codified last year.

Mortar mines are known to be effective in destroying infantry, so the company is also working on its own warhead to destroy armored vehicles and other protected targets.

The company is already developing its own strike core, which they plan to equip UAVs on a 10-inch frame.

In addition, by the end of the year, Ukrainian Armored Vehicles plans to test its first fiber-optic drone.

The basis of the new development will be an 82-mm mortar shell, which will be mounted on a 15-inch frame, since, in addition to the warhead, the drone must carry a coil with fiber optics.

It was previously reported that Fire Point presented the FP-7 and FP-9 ballistic missiles at the Eurosatory 2026 international arms exhibition in Paris. The event also saw the first demonstration of the Ukrainian guided aerial bomb “Equalizer”.
