Postal operators in Ukraine have announced special working hours on the eve and first day of the New Year. On December 31, branches will operate on a reduced schedule, and on January 1, most services will not provide services.

The Nova Poshta company reported that on January 1, the operator will completely suspend the work of branches and courier delivery.
On December 31, 2025, branches will operate on a reduced schedule until 5:00 p.m.
“Branches and couriers will not work, but you can pick up parcels from post offices,” Novaya Poshta explained.
The company clarified that the post machines will remain available 24/7, without restrictions on dates and times.
You can pick up parcels from Nova Poshta post offices any day and time, regardless of the holiday opening hours of the branches.
The companies published information about the working hours of postal operators during the winter holidays in advance so that customers could plan the receipt and sending of parcels.
Ukrposhta work schedule
Ukrposhta is also introducing a holiday work schedule at the end of the year.
On December 31, 2025, the branches of the national operator will operate on a reduced schedule until 4:00 p.m.
January 1, 2026, was declared a day off at Ukrposhta.
On January 2, 2026, the branches will resume normal operations.
