Night attack on the capital: the death toll in Kyiv has risen

The capital confirmed the death of three people following Russian shelling on the night of September 7.

This was reported by the head of KMVA Timur Tkachenko.

Earlier, rescuers pulled the bodies of a 32-year-old woman and her two-month-old son from the rubble of a nine-story building in the Svyatoshinsky district. Her husband and the child’s father was injured and is in hospital. According to neighbors, the family also has an older daughter, but it is not yet known whether she was at home during the strike.

In total, at least 20 people were injured. Search and rescue operations are ongoing. Several multi-story residential buildings were damaged in Kyiv, as well as the Cabinet of Ministers building.

Let us recall that on the night of September 7, Russia carried out another massive combined attack against Ukraine, using a record number of attack drones – 810. In addition, ballistic and cruise missiles were used.

As Pryamoy reported, this attack began on the evening of September 6. The enemy attacked Zaporozhye with drones.
