Night house arrest: court chooses preventive measure for ex-Kolos player
The court chose a preventive measure for former Kolos football club player Danylo Kolesnyk in the form of night house arrest.

The lawyers assured that their client intends to act exclusively within the framework of the procedures established by law and is ready to openly cooperate with the investigation. Kolesnyk has allegedly already filed a complaint regarding the infliction of bodily harm on him.
“He will insist on a full, impartial and fair establishment of all the circumstances of the incident. Barristers JSC will continue to provide legal protection for Danylo Kolesnyk. Our client intends to defend his rights exclusively in a legal manner, based on the principles of the rule of law, equality of parties and legality,” the message says.
It is separately noted that the football player respects the Armed Forces of Ukraine, however, he perceived the incident with the CCC as events that “created a real threat to his life and health, as well as the safety of his acquaintance, in connection with which he acted in self-defense.”
We will remind, earlier Danylo Kolesnyk became a participant in a high-profile scandal after publishing a video of a fight with an employee of the Trade Center.
Subsequently, law enforcement officers detained a 24-year-old football player , who is suspected of attacking a CCC serviceman.
